Enrofloxacin (quinolone flurinate) is a broad spectrum synthetic chemotherapeutic agent that attacks Gram positive, Gram negative bacteria and mycoplasmas, it does not present cross resistance with antibiotics. It is quickly absorbed and distributed in the body 30 minutes after its application, reaching high bactericidal levels for a period of 24 hours, which translates into quick and economical recoveries of sick animals. ENFLOXIL 5% INJECTABLE¨ is indicated for the control of respiratory diseases in pigs caused by Corynebac-terium, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Bordetella (atrophic rhinitis), Pasteurella, Actinobacillus (pleuropneumoid fibrinous). For the treatment of digestive tract diseases such as enteric and septic salmonellosis, proliferative hemorrhagic enteritis (Campylobacter spp), colibacillosis, edema disease, colisepticemia (E. coli). In conditions of the genitourinary system such as MMA syndrome (mastitis, metritis, agalactia) and kidney infections. In septicimic infections caused by E. coli, Salmonella, Erysipelothrix and Staphylococcus. In ruminants for the treatment of respiratory disorders, as well as diarrheal conditions in calves and lambs.

INDICATIONS: The product is indicated for the control in pigs, canines and felines of infectious diseases produced by Gram positive, Gram negative germs, mycoplasmas and mixed infections located in the respiratory, digestive, genitourine rias and in systemic manifestation processes.
COMPATIBILITY: Even though ENFLOXIL 5% INJECTABLE¨ does not need to be administered together with any other antimicrobial, the presence of some antibiotics never produces antagonism, on the contrary, their actions are synergized.
DOSAGE: Sheep / cattle / goats / pigs and birds: 1 mL / 20 kg The doses can be increased at the discretion of the Zootechnical Veterinarian.
ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Subcutaneous or intramuscular.
WARNINGS: Do not administer to dogs under 1 year old. Do not apply to pigs volumes greater than 20 mL in the same place. In cattle, the maximum dose to be applied in the same place will be 10 mL. The meat of the treated animals should not be eaten until 5 days after the last treatment. Milk from treated animals should not be consumed until 4 days after the last treatment. Do not consume the meat of the treated birds until 7 days after the last treatment; in the case of turkeys, it must be after 10 days.
