Yes, all our customers can order without using your credit card. Select a preferred payment method option, proceed with payment and email through the proof of payment to using your name or order number as a reference. All the products on the site are ‘over the counter’ products in the USA, where they are shipped from, and no prescription is required to purchase online.

No merchandise may be returned without prior communication and approval.  Subject to the provisions of the Electronic communications and 10% handling charge will be applied for all material supplied as ordered, and any returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.  Postage costs for returns are for the customer’s account.  In the unlikely event that  Abbey Veterinary Supply has made an error in the order, we will cover the collection and replacement costs.  All merchandise is well packed and checked before shipment, however if in transit damage should occur, please notify the carrier partner and the office as soon as possible.  All claims must be made within three days of receipt of the order.

If the incorrect order has been sent to you, Abbey Veterinary Supply will carry the costs of returns and correct the error.

All products sold by Abbey Veterinary Supply are official brand names and have the longest expiry dates available.  All products sold from Abbey Veterinary supply have been selected by our qualified  veterinarian to ensure they are safe products from reputable companies that we trust.
